No Liability: In no event shall Memo35 or its affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if Memo35 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
